Limitation of Liability
In all circumstances Mascioni SrL maximum liability is limited to the price of the products sold. Mascioni SrL shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. Mascioni SrL shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, not for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of nusiness, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not Mascioni SrL is aprides of the possibility of such claims or damages.

For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.

In order to use this website, visitors and/or members are not required to complete our registration form. During registration a user must give certain contact information, but we never sell or give away this information.
